1. Services

Shogun Automobile specializes in sourcing, purchasing, exporting, importing, and supplying vehicles from Japan, UAE, China, United Kingdom, Australia, and other international markets. Services may include vehicle sourcing, auction access, auction sheet translation, shipping arrangements, documentation support, and vehicle export consultancy.

2. Vehicle Information

Vehicle specifications, auction sheets, mileage records, inspection reports, photos, and descriptions are provided based on information received from suppliers, auction houses, manufacturers, inspectors, shipping agents, or third parties.

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Shogun Automobile cannot guarantee that all information is free from errors, omissions, translation differences, or updates made after publication.

3. Orders & Reservations

An order is considered confirmed once the customer provides written confirmation, signs an agreement, approves a quotation, receives a proforma invoice, or submits a deposit payment.

The company reserves the right to reserve, purchase, or allocate vehicles based on customer confirmation.

4. Payments

• All payments must be made through approved company banking channels.
• The customer is responsible for transfer charges imposed by their bank.
• Vehicles remain the property of Shogun Automobile until full payment is received.
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the transaction.

5. Refunds & Deposits

Deposits are considered commitment payments and may be non-refundable once a vehicle has been reserved, purchased, processed, or allocated on behalf of the customer.

Refunds may only be considered where Shogun Automobile fails to meet the agreed contractual obligations.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping schedules, vessel departures, transit times, arrival dates, and port handling times are estimates only.

Shogun Automobile shall not be responsible for delays caused by shipping lines, customs authorities, port congestion, weather conditions, government regulations, strikes, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond reasonable control.

7. Vehicle Inspection & Acceptance

Customers are encouraged to review all available photographs, auction reports, inspection reports, and documentation before purchase.

Used vehicles may naturally contain wear and tear consistent with age, mileage, previous ownership, and usage.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shogun Automobile shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from vehicle purchases, shipping delays, documentation delays, customs procedures, mechanical issues, exchange rate fluctuations, or third-party actions.

The company's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount directly paid to the company for the relevant transaction.

9. Website Usage

All content on this website including text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, calculators, and vehicle information remains the property of Shogun Automobile unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
